Municipal Service Corporation (MSC) Program

Municipal Service Corporations are a tool that municipalities can use to address a range of municipal challenges such as water and wastewater infrastructure. Rural Impact Canada created the Municipal Services Corporation (MSC) Program to help municipalities create or join an MSC in a time and cost efficient manner. Our program provides municipalities with information and education, a step-by-step guide, the tools and resources needed, and a expert delivery model.

Our MSC Program reduces time and costs to create or join an MSC and simplifies a complex process through standardization.
