Decentralized Housing Development Program
The DHD Program aims to increase the adoption of decentralized systems by housing developers so that more housing can be built – faster. A process that once took 18 months + can now be completed in less time and at a fraction of the cost.
Rural Impact Canada created the DHD Program to: Provide housing developers with the information, tools and resources, and a delivery model to increase adoption and reduce time and costs; Simplify a complex process through standardization; and Provide solutions for the pre-and-post development barriers;
