Program

Municipal Service Corporation

Municipal Service Corporations (MSCs) is our foundational program and represents a service model that small and rural municipalities can adopt to address housing and other municipal servicing needs. Our Municipal Service Corporation Program provides the Tool Kit and expert guidance to small and rural municipalities to establish their own MSC.

The need to create a MSC is specific for each municipality. Our program recognizes that MSCs are provincially regulated and are governed differently across Canada. Taking all of this into consideration, our program is designed to cater to the needs and goals of each individual municipality.  Currently, our Program is available for Ontario based municipalities.
